The primary exempt purpose of Island Boy Camp (IBC) is to empower our players to be successful tomorrow.

Our goal is to teach young athletes fundamental football skills while building character, confidence, integrity, sportsmanship, and work ethic. We believe that the lessons learned on the field translate directly to success in life, education, and community leadership.
